I lost 12 lbs last night... Wheeew...

My friend had a little custom battery tray fabbed up for a tiny battery like that. He used it for quite a while, then switched back to standard battery tray and bigger battery. He might still have the tray. I'll see. Maybe he'll want to get rid of it.

    Vibration / shake

Most likely alignment of the engine, pump, and/or short shaft housing since this is happening after you "finally got my ski together" If the short shaft was not removed, then don't worry about it... then move onto the pump, then move to the engine...

is this how you wire bilge pumps?

You can ground it either on the engine or equivalent area or go all the way back to the battery. I'm not running a fuse either anymore... They are just a pain in the butt. Just one more weak link to fail in the bilge wiring system. I'm using $10 bilge pumps, if anything happens to them, I'll...

    Map to Cantamar & who's going ?

Damn... Emily said she'd like to go maybe (and I'd get her to pay for it) but with only 1 extra seat, I don't think it'll work... and I defiantly don't want to drive my own truck down there, bringing my ski is enough.

to much water getting in the hull..

I haven't tried it, but Mike Serlin said to just close up the all three holes in front, and that the two in the back are more than enough to flow enough air... just try it and see how she runs.
