    cracked sleeve, is this workable?

Well this particular cylinder that I saw was a high compression superstock cylinder... so it must work pretty well.

    cracked sleeve, is this workable?

I've seen big bore cylinders that have had both the intake and exhaust sleeves cut off, because they get thin @ 84mm.... better to get rid of them than risk cracking them off. It will probably cut down on your piston life, but who knows how much. Probably not much if you're not racing.

Blaster FP chamber in SJ...PLS HELP!

That might be an old blaster mod chamber. I can't tell them apart, but the limited chambers have a Lord mount mount bracket on them (it could be broken off on this one). The mods didn't. Either way... I looks like it will fit because they smashed it to fit around the gas tank. I wonder...

    Freaking ebay

4 months might be too long for a credit card chargeback. I bought something last week... when I went to pay it said he wasn't a registered user... then a few minutes later it said he was. WTF???

    38's w/ clogged return?

Are you thinking that it's starving for fuel? It wouldn't be starving if the return were clogged, it'd be richer.

    superjet hood

Yes. And you can make the holes in the rear bigger to compensate airflow. Or you can buy a Blowsion hood liner, lot cheaper than a new hood.

    62t cylinder exhaust port timing

All the 62T's I've seen have been a few mm higher, I don't remember exactly because it's hard to measure from the exact top of the exhaust port.

    Squarenose Project Back ON!!

The 650 and the 701 weigh the same, or within 1-2 pounds depending which carb setup you run. The Protec exhaust is about 21 pounds and the B pipe is about 14 so you'll save some weigh there. All weights I post are approximate...

    Let the slamming begin!

Are you using the right technique? I'd guess the SX-R hull is around 150lbs, if the whole ski is 350.
