I had an issue online a while back also, resolved it with a call. Nice customer service from HT.

Run the numbers with the DMV, sec of state, or county clerk and find out the registered owner's name. Contact him and make him an offer. If your guy never registered them and doesn't have his receipt or titles, then he has no claim to ownership. Ha!

Disconnect the start/stop line in the hull and jump across the two leads with some needle nose pliers. If nothing happens, go to your battery connections. Have you checked your battery yet to see if it's simply dead?

And I'm not suggesting the guy's a dick or trying to screw you it's just we've had SO MANY threads about guys who "will get the title from the previous owner" and simply slack on getting the job done.

Check your start/stop switch connections at the handlebars and inside the ski.
