no screws on the pipe . ive done the water splash after a good wot run and it doesnt boil off the stinger. i ride flat more than surf. lake = 10 min drive surf = 3 hour drive

i run the coffmans right that came with my old 650sn on my 61x and it hits hard!!! even with a chitty manifold port match job. i stuffed a seat from a 2.3 neadle and seat in the water line right before the stinger and went from a 120 to a 125 pilot jet and it hits even harder down low!

ive tried it twice. one time i nosed it into the sand went over the bars and got washed up the beach in front of a bunch of people. another time i timed it just right (further out this time) dove in right before the base of the wave with it pinned. it felt like i was under water for ever and not...

I have an 86.5 tapered at 2.2* by #0 with a stock cone it hits hard down low. But i lost a little top that i dont need anyways. Still got plenty of juice to run from those 8+foot waves

i like the watcon better than the oem and its like 30$ shipped. its thicker too

What do those numbers on top of the front exhaust port mean? Mine say 0 0 but have seen a bunch of other numbers on other cylinders

Running a 13 17 solas concord w my bored nozzle 61x 170 psi. Pipe. 46 sbn. Protec Cdi and it works great w stock tail cone

My manual says just plain marine grease

I thought you werent supposed to polish the intake tract?

yes. pumps are pretty much the same except the early squares had plastic reduction nozzles and siphon fitting on the stator section
