did the new steering cable improve performance?

if you remove the washer/washers just make sure the prop and driveshaft spin before you reinstall! last time I messed with washers I removed, reassembled FULLY then hit the button and it was locked tight lol... make a 20 minute project like 2.5 hours

I think most change rings when they change pistons! to the OP... your cyl looks fine, as does the head....pull the pump out to see if the prop is grinding on the wear ring..... just pull the pump and spin it over by hand again with the head off.....

should be pretty easy to tell by the pictures of the fiberglass damage

they have sealed bearings..you can run them all day.........if your using the old style handlebard military style switch they are awful.... pick one up from mr OCD and you'll be good to go!

yes unless the head/domes have custom squish my screamer runs 205 PSI on 93 @ 83mm all day.......but again, the squish is set for it

some people heat cycle.......we surf riders typically ride in the bay for 2-3 minutes....check the engine compartment to be sure nothings loose, then ride as normal...
