with a restrictor right on the outlet of the cooling jacket, youre going to be restricting the constant movement of water through the headpipe. youll create a high pressure, low movement area. sure, itll have more pressure to shoot water down the adjustor holes.... but will it get too hot from...

what machining is necessary to fit 650 electrics onto a 750? i thought the bosses were already machined and just the stator mount holes had to be drilled and tapped. is there more?

maybe youre only running on one cylinder. you may need to simply trim your spark plug wires.

yup. no problems in both of my 750 mate swaps. just bolt in and go. one thing is the electric box. it doesnt bolt up exactly the same. you have to turn it on a 45 degree angle and use 2 bolts and 2 zip ties to hold it in place. you need to lose the unnecessary 2nd tier that supports the oil...

depending on condition, they can be $400~$4000. also, this isnt a couch. its far more practical than a couch. not as fast, but way more fun.
