Yes that looks like it, when you put the seal in the channel with contact cement you will need to cut a 1/8”-3/16” chamfer the bottom edges so it sits nice and flat in the channel. The channel has a radius on each side.

I knew you were going to ask, I will have to measure my stock tonight to give you a part number tomorrow. I think I purchased 50' last time I bought it for my ski and Katie's.
Yes I have found a good seal from McMaster it has been on my ski for 4 years now but could be replaced next year for about 10 bucks.
OEM is also very good. IMO

I have seen those but for vacuum bagging you need to be able to adjust vacuum and also leave the pump on the system for long periods of time by using a relay and vacuum switch to automatically turn on and off the system.

We have a home made vacuum pump for infusion. It is made from a refrigerator compressor. It can be made for about 50 bucks but keep in mind mold making gets expensive and very time consuming.
Katie made this mold off a lowered nose piece, I really don't have the patience for spraying...

Agreed I see a lot of people out build their riding skills and it hinders their learning curve because they are scared of the boat and can't handle the power.
