Are all KTM bikes titles as a motor cycle even if they don't have lights and such? Not really interested in a bike that has someone's mods already done to it unless I know the person. Mark44

One of the Honda’s on Craig’s list CRF 250 said it was wired for turn signals can any bike be plated and do you need a headlight and turn signals? Sorry for all the newbie questions but I know nothing about this. Mark44

Sounds like 4 stroke is probably the way to go but eveyone does have their idea of the best bike from what I am reading there is no SJ of the dirt bike world. Elec. start sounds like a nice thing to have, I really wouldn't want to kick start all the time if I don't have to. Is this bike...
