Do not wrap them cut at a 45 degree after they are installed but if you want to do yourself a favor don't turf the entire rail just put a 24" strip on top of the rail where you may need it.

I am a mechanical design engineer working in the food and drug industry. The main company I work for is Sara Lee store brands. I left the company about 9 years ago and still work on their projects full time I have been doing this for 19 years and still don't know what I want to do for a living...
I always go CGA on a vest. It matters when you are knocked unconsious floating in the water that is why they are tested and approved.
Its not a fashion show out there, IMO

A good way to keep the bubbles out of your epoxy is to first mix the epoxy and hardener with a round stir stick not a Popsicle stick or pint stirrer then to take it a step further is to pull a vacuum on the mixed epoxy container for a few minutes.

I have not done that yet but that will be the first thing I do. I have the KTM manual on the bikes so I was going to follow that for now.
I also need to pull Katie's rear spring and replace it with the stock spring.

Yes if you bought a kit you will have extra parts left over not sure exactly what parts but you will have some.
This is why I buy my kits of John at Jet Ski solutions he custom makes the kits and only sells you what you need.

Hey Nick.
I was doing a little reading on KTMtalk.com and they recommend Rotella T non synthetic in the gear case. FYI I don't know if it matters just thought I would post my findings.

I was in the center of the berm turning left and just lost all concentration so I decided to ride over it and out. Front tire went over the berm bike got centered on the top of the berm in the sand. Front tire in the air back tire in the air and me off the bike in the air.
