Got my rear sag set yesterday had to change the rear spring to achieve the correct measurements. Still need to check the front sag this week. Katie needs to go with a lighter than stock spring her sag is an inch off. She will have a lighter spring very soon.

I think if she will let you get this bike she is almost ready to let you get a full size motor cycle. For 4 grand you could have a real nice KTM. :scratchchin:

If you don't care about the bling factor you have no need to install carbon fiber just go with glass and save a lot of cash for HP. I would go 10 oz. Remember to foam your bond line and sand it down smooth.

You may want to look into a local waterjet or laser to cut those parts out for you. I would also bend the bilge bracket in a leaf or press break for a tighter bend.

I would have done it at home but I had about 30 LBS of mud on the two bikes and it was 28 deg. outside. When I got home from the car wash the bikes were frozen solid but thawed over night in the garage.
A cheap power washer will probably be in my future when it’s warmer out.
