yeah, bought it, came in, tried it on... sent it right back for the XL. Does not get water logged. I've been thinking about trying one of the ones Nick endorses though. I like the wider field of view it offers.

I use this one. Light and fairly comfy. I found the sizes run small though. I usually take a large, i had to buy their XL. I also picked up a plastic quick release for the chin strap... makes taking it on and off easier with gloves on. :biggthumpup:

in my case i heard a grinding and felt a bad vibration. My bearings were shot, but my short shaft was good - i had the dealer check the run out on both the my short shaft and my pump shaft to make sure they were in spec.

Good point. I didn't reinforce my 2001 until this past winter... after i noticed bond line cracks finally starting.
