If you fill it with solicone... overfill it so the sealant comes around he outside and forms a nice bond. Cost = free.

I think Factory Pipe supplies a cap for that if you buy it new. You can try filling it with some silicone sealant, I've done that before.

It's a 140mm impeller... so it's easier to turn than a 144mm impeller, so it'll spool up quicker. Yes I'm selling it, but a 650 needs all the help it can get :biggrin:

WAB, what are your water screws set at? You get the most low end with the top screw open. With only the bottom screw open you get chitty bottom end.

For the Yamaha one you could check the OEM parts finder on rivayamaha.com they have schematics. I put the washer between the spring and the bendix, and it seems to work well.

I personally don't think it matters much limited vs. mod. If you get a limited... you cna always cut it down to a mod. You can't turn a mod into a limited. The mod is easier to install....

Silicone will hold just as well as 5200 IMO... just don't use the weak clear crap.
