I'd be totally pissed if that happened while I was riding. The water cops up here have been pretty nice to me, I've just gotten a few warnings for stuff I deserved.
I sold 2 skis to guys in NC and I sold them with clean/clear Titles and both times they came back to me and said they needed a notorized bill of sale from me. One was about 4 years ago and one was about 3 years ago.
Sounds like a tough place to register skis!
I ran that last year in my 754cc Able stroker, and I'm running it now in an 800cc stroker, and it seems like tits :biggthumpup: Running about 27psi popoff.
Funny how the two engines are ported totally differently, yet they like the same jetting.
Well, having the carbs closer might throw off the balance of the incoming air. That might not be a bad thing, I don't know, but the wider spacing sure makes it easier to get to the screws!
You're probably way too rich if you go through gas that fast.
On adjusting the idle... turn them in 1/8 turn increments until you know where it idles the best, then adjust them more precisely. It's best to ride it inbetween tunings, it takes the carbs a bit to adjust.
