I'm pretty sure Tricky has done it. I think he said he had to remove his hoodliner.
I'd just go with a B pipe (the right one for the FX-1). It's nice and clean and works great.
Yeah, that's definitely a Blaster mod pipe. You should get some of your money back. Last I checked that chamber sold new for under $200. Yours has been cut and welded, but if they said it's a TNT they were clearly lying to you.
That's a tough one... on one hand it seems to be running well long after the screw fell into the engine... on the other hand, if it's still in there it could cause major damage.
I'd pull the engine and look around inside the intakes, you'll be able to see it or hear it.
Can you try the Full Specs with your V-Force I reeds? I've never heard anything good about the I's, maybe the reeds are having as big an effect as the carbs.
A few inches here and there isn't going to make much of a difference on the price. Build it big... give the ski room for the beating the crate is going to take
I've ridden several SXi Pro's with front sponsons and they seemed to work well. I've owned several stock Pro's and they are a total PITA to ride fast, that's just the way they are if you ask me.
