Yup, Travis is just a bloated river. I agree, it would be nice to be around the big boats, but it's hard to beat (impossible?) the Pace Bend setup. Summer brings em down there, just not as frequently.

Pace Bend is the only place that can comfortably handle this crew. Especially if bouys are going up. Trails end is cool but is IS private property and I don't know how they would feel about 50+ camping.

So I guess Texoma is near Dallas? I'll look it up. Sounds like a good plan, I'll see if I can round up my faction.
