The RRP pole is a pricey, but great addition, I love mine, super light and changes the look of the ski. I have a TBM pump stuffer, Advent ignition, dynafly, and dried out stock pipe (done by previous owner). This simple setup hits hard and is very smooth through the entire power band.

Actually, you can use the sm pin crank with 82mm 750 pistons, same bore and stroke.

Shonuff - I was talking to Art at Jetworks this week about my SXR into an X2 conversion and he mentioned yours. He set me up with the jets, n/s and tuning for the stock sxr carbs. How did that work out, any advice? do you have any tips for running the throttle cable? Thanks, Jeff

Get a Westcoast Kawasaki 650 manifold (meaty enough to bore) and have Group K bore it to 48mm and port match it to the B pipe (also to 48mm). They just did mine and it looks fantastic. Putting it on this weekend.

What are you guys running over stock carb jetting, n/s, spring ....or no change? Thanks.

Imi-step - For my Kawasaki 779 setup (Factory Pipe, Jetinetics flywheel, SXR prop) and my single Mikuni 46, I use 2.3 needle and seat, 115 gram spring, 120 low and 165 high for the jets. 1 1/4 turn out on low and 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 out on high for tuning. This is from Art at Jetworks. Don't know if...

Curious about this potential setup. I have a 750 bored 2 over in my X2 making it 779cc, 82mm pistons, same size as a stock SXR. My single Mikuni 46 is a great setup for this and very efficient. Wondering if anyone has had success with a single carb setup.

Yeah, they told me that a FP manifold I had on my 650 was never made and that it was maybe a 750 mani and would not work on a 650. I said, well it's on, here's a pic and they still denied it ever existed...I thought that strange.
