Just look at it this way. Most wouldn't have the patience to get as far as you have so wait just a bit longer. If that hull was sent to my place, it would have stayed black and been all scratched up form riding by now. It deserves to look its best if only for a day or 2.

nah, just get an X-metal and save your self a ton of cash and headaches.

But that's like 6 or 7 SN hulls. Bare hull with title = $500 max Add a stock hood and nose piece and it's still $500 as they are pretty much useless and just make the thing heavier to ship. But that's just me.

I'd be scared to leave all those hose clamps in an area I can't access. A friend on mine did and had to re-cut his tray a year later.

Make sure you pressure test that motor. Wouldn't want an airleak to ruin a top end.

Spray the tray instead of turf.
