something doesnt sound 100% right........even and especially if the head was machined for an O-ring it would bump the compression WAY up.....or at least it does on a yami..
ive been eyeballing one of these for some time now but havent heard any worthwhile feedback.........what diameter red. nozzle do you use with something like this? does it use OEM style bearings and shafts?
never had any experience with the solid 1 piece pumps....
powerfactor is the best with 850cc's or more.......but B will give more low end torque RIGHT off the bottom but will run out of breath quicker...the the PF is what allows the pros to string all those tricks together with incredible midrange
this being said, im running a fully portmatched B on...
you realize this is JETSKIIING, right?
were like 11 clicks down from lawnmower racing
BK...you could do a tech inspection on a DASA 1100 from across the room...it'll be ALLLLL billett top to bottom........pretty sure you cant run that 16mm crank on a stock case
yep..I just did one a couple of weeks ago...modified for an XS1000
ported the headpipe and mani all to 52mm.....then matched the gasket....changed all the cooling fittings to 1/2"
2 alum carbide bits about 30 bucks for both (still usable) and a couple hours time.........
My F1 pro with stock waterbox and XS 785 is virtually silent....you can hardly hear it at all.....I bought the extra XS to make it a bit louder so I could actually hear it!!!
I think its fantastic.....Brian is an awesome vendor, knows his stuff and should be recognized...
does that mean the thrust tent gets "the spot" on the lawn???
here's a pic of an old style and new style back to back...picked up one of each for my 1000 build...will use the other to replace the stocker on my XS 785 billet small bore
(ps those are brand neeeew full spec 49's) :)
yeah..true....when I part I do the big stuff....
my last clunkers I picked up were a VXR pro, crashed...and a 650 SJ with a blown motor...couldnt have worked out any better.......also came with a like new wakebard, AC stand and some fishing equpment...and 2 trailers ..all for 200 bucks...
like matt said......as far as craigslist goes...feast for famine....sometimes it takes me a year to find a ski worthwhile parting out or flipping...Really dont even like working on anything other than yamahas as thats what I have parts accessible for...
I dont work on skis for...
