matt its not so much the slide that is difficult..but makes the recovery too violent (at least thats why I ditched it).............glide across a wave, grab the throttle and the mag would just hook and grab which would high-side me right off the boat especailly if tired.... part of it...

that drives me crazy about hydroturf......its takes them 2-3 days to even process an order!

last night was a blast as well....not as clean but still well overhead on set... still waves today but not as clean......if the wind would clock back offshore it'd clean right up.... the power of the groundswell is amazing.....you could just float and feel the energy passing underneath you!

look around for a stock nose foam....lots of people remove them for front exhaust.........IMO is invaluble I have 2 long pool noodles running up my entire handlepole....and a chunk inside my front foothold cant have too much foam...
