l Have you checked for blown fuses? Don't just check to see if they look blown either, take a test light or meter and check both sides of each fuse, it has fuses in two locations ,some are under a cover on the MPEM itself and there are some in separate fuse holders in the black electrical box...

You won't see much difference between the 650 and 701 in that ski, they even use the same impeller. I happen to own one of each so yes I do know.

I use the ones off the Seadoo RFI models, NGK boots with an extra piece that holds the boot on. #70 on the microfiche, about $10.00 retail , fits standard NGK boots
