your probably right... this is just temporary. at some point I'll redesign the whole thing using and aluminum tube frame, if this version seems to work out ok. Lumber and carpet is cheap for prototypes.

thats the rider weight. bike weighs about 220 ish. but my kids KTM 105 weighs about 30lbs les than your bike.
