sounds like its time to open up the carb and see whats up with it. if you can get your hands on a mikuni super bn and manifold, youll have a lot lessissues with carburetion. otherwise, make sure your fuel pickups, in the tank, are in tact. and make sure all of your fuel lines and on/res valve...

ive never had a problem with humidity and hydroturfing down here in soflo. did you shake the contact cement 'well' before using it?

who runs the blower and bilge pump full time anyway? dual bilge pumps get more use in a standup vs a bilge pump and blower in a jetmate. therefore, i say BS to NEEDING a better charging system for the purpose of running additional equipment. as far as charging a larger marine battery, again...

errr.... you should put a low set screw in the carb before you try to ride or start it. ...and those plugs look more like 2 months old.... not two days old.

it wont change as fast, but it slowly fade little by little each time its exposed to sunlight. 7 days a week in the sun = faded in less than a year 1-2 days a week riding (in the sun), but otherwise covered = faded in less than 3.5 - 7 years

nice work! a word of caution on the lime hydro-turf.... it turns into an ugly ass mint green in less than a year if stored outdoors.

what are the old plugs looking like when you take them out? also, what brand and number plugs are you using?

so if your bilge is full of water and youre stalled, you have to start your engine in order to pump out water??? you may want to rethink that system you got there. at least parallel a manual switch with the ac sensing switch. better still, ditch the ac sensing switch altogether. its fine for...

hmmm... reeds maybe? have you tried switching the plug wires to see if the plug conditions switch? heres a thought.... maybe your pulse hose or pump diaphragm is shot. is the lean plug on the same cylinder as where the pulse fitting is? :dunno:

how did you do your leakdown test? did you remove just the carb and pipe? or both manifolds?
