call hydro-turf, they have the 25mm under pad. just tell them how much you want. i shaved mine down going into the foot holds from 25mm down to 8mm - a gradual slope. Makes for a nice comfy hold.

i think the key part here is "approx. 1-2" from end of exhaust outlet" - in-other-word, a line that sprays a water curtain 1-2" from where the side exhaust exits the hull... to dampen the sound with a curtain of water. Is that what you are saying Nick?
