The FX-1 chamber is pretty much like the Superjet mod chamber. It has the same size fat part as the mod, but the overall length is the same as the limited. It's straighter along the outside to fit in the FX-1 hull.
There are only 2 things I've ever had to fix on my Yamaha's for no spark:
1. start/stop switch (although usually when this goes bad it stops turning over).
2. CDI box.
If that's the engine I sold you, I was running one of those small billet couplers on it... never had a problem though.

GP800 engine with like an 88mm bore (on resleeved cylinders). You can take the stock bore to 927cc.

I would raise the popoff. Actually I would start with the stock jetting and work from there.
Not necessarily related, but I think you have way way too much water going into your headpipe. I would close the bottom and mid, and only open the top. That's how I run mine, and they don't need...
