    Superramjet's new ski

Because carbon causes galvalic corrosion  You wouldn't save much weight with carbon fiber, maybe 5-8 pounds MAX.

    Superramjet's new ski

All you guys need to know is that it's a new setting on Jeff's chopper gun, and he won't build a carbon fiber hull :Banane01:

    Superramjet's new ski

That 148mag pump has a LOT of steel in it, I weighed one and it was around 25 pounds. Stock pump feels like a feather in comparison.

    Superjet and fx-1 pipe difference

The FX-1 chamber is pretty much like the Superjet mod chamber. It has the same size fat part as the mod, but the overall length is the same as the limited. It's straighter along the outside to fit in the FX-1 hull.

    Doh no spark ! !

There are only 2 things I've ever had to fix on my Yamaha's for no spark: 1. start/stop switch (although usually when this goes bad it stops turning over). 2. CDI box.

Question: Rear main seal on sj

If that's the engine I sold you, I was running one of those small billet couplers on it... never had a problem though. If you wonder what's inside, send a pm to zforce227 on the old board, he assembled it. Good luck! How's it run??

    Superramjet's new ski

GP800 engine with like an 88mm bore (on resleeved cylinders). You can take the stock bore to 927cc. Unfortunately Jeff is the only one making a pipe for it :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Check Out This Factory Pipe Chamber

Someone did some nice work on that short chamber, it doesn't even look like the blaster mod chamber.

    Superramjet's new ski

    That looks dangerous

Does this jetting seem a little lean?

I would raise the popoff. Actually I would start with the stock jetting and work from there. Not necessarily related, but I think you have way way too much water going into your headpipe. I would close the bottom and mid, and only open the top. That's how I run mine, and they don't need...
