    Does it leak through the low speed holes too (under the throttle plate)? I could be wrong, but it might possibly be a misaligned gasket under the main jet cover, or warped check valve.

    I think the stock bore is only 80mm, it's not a full 800cc.

    The Kawi 650 motor is probably the same weight or more than the 701. A 750 is heavier than a 701, I'm pretty sure. They're close though. I weighed a 62T and a 66E longblock earlier this year and the 66E was about 15 pounds heavier. Most that is in the crank.

    I don't see why you'd have to replate it if you port it, you're not porting what the pistons ride on (you're taking material off). I think Harry mentions that you have to use special porting tools, because the nicasil can chip where you don't want it to.

    FX-1 Gas Tank in SJ Hull

    I tried melting and reshaping my gas tank with a heat gun, it didn't work too well, it was a total PITA. The FX-1 tank is tiny, like 3.8 gallons, it goes fast.

    Is that an XFT hood/pole on it? It looks gay as hell to me, I can't believe Submarine isn't all over it :sneaky: Just kidding! I wouldn't think it would float, but the back won't crack if it has a good foam job in it. Where's the exhaust? I don't know why everyone's hating on it...

    I have the power spray on mine, it shoots water in perpendicular to the outlet. I have dual cooling from my pump, so from one main line half goes into my stinger and half goes overboard. The from my other main line, I have a restrictor in pisser side and so more than half of that main line...

    What do you think the bottom is based on? Jeff has 3 different bottoms based on the Superjet bottom. The first one had a larger intake and it didn't work very well. You don't need a larger pump, you just need a Magnum :biggthumpup:

    The GP800's came with a 144mm pump. They hooked up like crap, but a good impeller can fix that.
