Installed my new ADA head and blew 190 psi front hole, 155 rear. Reinstalled my milled stock head and got the same thing. Running 190 psi on 93 octane on my big bore with a bad, single line in, dual out cooling setup resulted in a little detonation and overheating. Crap.

1. Stock Kawi 800 motors, especially ones fresh out of the box, run pretty high psi already. My stock 2005 that I bought four years ago still blows 175 psi in each hole. Going to an ADA, JSU, or TBM head may get you more compression but you're fast approaching race gas mix. 2. Reeds? Not...
