One more thing, you use a ball peen hammer with an impact driver, you are wasting your time with a dead blow hammer, your hammer is absorbing most of the impact, not how this is supposed to work

This nozzle is done with PPG Purple metallic Polyurethane and clearcoat, just to give you an idea

Automotive Polyurethane paint, if the engine gets hot enough to mess it up you have bigger problems than the paint

Or you can use the Shonuff method for internal fuel fill, he sends me a tank without internal fill, I send him one with internal fill both people now happy !
