that's what I do. kinda of an inverted, over rotated, nose stab, cork screw kinda thing... or nose down BR. I am trying to bring my rotation back earlier in the trick, to make it more of a real BR, but i am having trouble with that for some reason. LOL it does look pretty cool...

the Sahara is great, like I said, it fits more like a wetsuit. the only downside is, with the heavy duty YKK zipper on the back, across the shoulders, it makes it hard to get your PFD on if you have a pull over style. The Jet Pilot side entry vest is perfect. Also, it can be difficult to...

my drysuit fits like a wetsuit, just a tad looser in the shoulder area. i ride with it on just like i ride with my wetsuit on. still wearing my wetsuit though... lake erie is still in the 60's

alright, so coming up on a year now since this thread started... can any of you rattle can painters tell me how your paint has held up?

x2 hell yeah... i sand the hull with 80 grit, clean well, fill in the holes and then i put two coats on the ski and 3 on the turf - let dry in between coats. lay the turf with a heat gun and rubber mallot. cut the bottom with a razor at a slight angle. works great. I did my buddies Ultra...

not sure... they were the original bearings, they were likely already going. it was a hard hit though... it broke the battery.

x2 i put two coats of contact cement on the plastic and three coats on the turf (letting dry in between). has not pealed at all.

here's what it looks like... i don't have any of the installation itself... except these two from the top piece setting up. But it just gets epoxied on and sandwhiches the entire nose. you have to run the longer bow eye fitting from blowsion though.

yeah, several of them over the past three years. last years nose stab into the sand bar busted it up pretty good, along with my pump bearings, battery, battery tray, and a few other misc. parts. The kenney keepers did the job though. I just installed a Taylor Curtis Carbon Kevlar nose...

I loved the way that looks... so much so i kinda had to slightly steal the idea a little. I had my local vinyl guy cut me some - these are printed vinyl. Sorry Edwin... :sly:
