youre going to need a bigger red. nozzle....aircraftsalz might be able to help you there, but THAT is one of the things that will be tested/tuned specifically to your ski......

instead of modifying the inlet, use a mag pump with a setback impeller..that will get you the intake volume you are after....however.with that size engine and pump you'll never run out of water
shoulnt matter I would think....teh water will escape no matter so long as there are holes drilled....Key would be to make sure ENOUGH water can escape..

the hot bar setup is an awesome idea! .......I always had trouble with handwarmers as well..they worked, but the water was never in just quite the right spot.....
