    Cannot say that I went from "couch to SU", but my first time on a ski was an 800-SXR. That did not go very far as I was not use to the balance act... but the Octane got me hooked... thousands of dollars later (not just in the skis themselves) I have Prem1x to thank... I now have a 1995 Blaster...

    Nick, That is what you used for the RN, right? I guess it would work for a square also. Just want to confirm because I added this to the Reference Library in the FAQ. (The reference library has replacement parts and part numbers to items that often need replaceing at the last minute.)
