yeah, the XMW pole is sick. I like the profile of it vs any other pole.

that hood's got hand holds right? just make sure to use them and not put your hand between on the hood where the pole comes down. you should be perfectly fine with the hood you bought.

if you are doing hood tricks, and the gap between the hood and pole is tight, you run the risk of pinching your fingers.

very good advise. I've been adding a little more every year... grow your motor with your skills. for the money, i think having your oem 701 cylinder ported is the best way to go. you'll notice the difference, and can also run your oem carbs. get an ada head with 35cc domes (185psi)...

yeah, actually i've seen plenting of riders do that. I've only done full tray after refoaming, cuz i cut such a huge section out of the middle of the tray to get the wet foam out and pour the new foam. I hear ya on the hood... i was hoping to save myself some work also, looking and looking...

Steve, i see you redesigned your footholds (pic coming soon on the WCF site). are they pretty similar to your previous version? I've been running 24/7 for several years but wanted to go with the WCF holds on my new ski.

you should be ok... i wouldn't worry about it. yeah, i usually only reinforce between the footholds, but that's cool... you'll be all set now. Looks really good...
