well, i had a little time before hooking up the plow for the big snow storm we are expecting later. So I decided to do a little more sanding of the bottom, and cut the rear bond line off.

yes, the do go on the rear mounts however, the engine craddle will actully start to ride up over them. Check with Proformance1 on his set up. he actually used longer bolts and a spacer to raise the KK's up to prevent the ride over problem. He also made a set on a CNC machine that were thicker.

personally, i would stick with the wammer hood. besides, my buddy's been waiting for over a month for his WDK hood.

i don't know if i would go with appliance paint on an '07 with a nice new hood. however, you can try it and always sand it off if you don't like the outcome. if you can't paint it yourself with the right paint etc. you might be able to get a great paint job at a decent price at a local...

i agree - go black. on some skis a contrasting hood/nose piece looks cool. on a black ski, go all black. looks sleeker and more stealthy.

tripple pisser flush baby... and i would think the FX-1 wouldn't be any different than a superjet. the motors are the same, just a different hull. although i just caught the "stock FX-1" part... you might wanna invest in an inline flush kit that that ski.

From what I understand, in it's liquid form it emits a vapor that is toxic and can kill you in short order. I don't think you wanna mess with that. I've found places that you can buy it by the drum though or 50 lb bags. but there is minimum order quantities as it's for industrial use. I...

i pulled the liner out of my hood so i can cut it into a lowered hood. I will be making a new liner. You need some kind of liner to prevent water from pouring into the motor compartment... and to ad structural strength to the hood.

i just picked up one of these cameras and a 2GB SD card. nice set up however, after reading through the manual it says that it will auto shut-off after 10 minutes!!!!!!! that sucks... anybody know if there is a way to change the camera settings?
