need help with round nose pole on square nose

I did the same exact thing. You don't need those little rubber pad thingys if you use a limiting rope anyways. I also used a backing plate and re enforced the bracket area on the outside of the ski.

    2006superjet's Hull Reinforcement/tubbie buildup

most epoxy resin's say 1 week for full cure. Don't know how long you want to give it before you ride it though. I only sanded the edges that are easily touchable when all the components are installed (ie hood seal lip area), but for the areas like behind the gas tank and waterbox I just left...

    2006superjet's Hull Reinforcement/tubbie buildup

Yes do the nose. While your in there, why not? If you ever nose into the sand on a nose stab or fail re entry attempt, you gonna crush the nose. Also can't see really how much you did on the handlepole bracket area, but did you fill in the voids that come to a point where the outter nose piece...

Where to send E-box to get rev limiter raised?

you just need to send the CDI unit out, not the whole ebox. Lots of places do it, and there is a do it yourself thread here on the board. RIVA and Protec are two places that do it that I can think off the top of my head. Even check out ebay for units that have already had it done.

    xmetal pole bracket

my friend installed one, and he likes it, but was a process to install correctly, and even then, it still rubs on his type 9 dry pipe. i doesn't really lighten the hood that much. you can pretty much do the same thing the carbon liner does but just blocking off the holes in the front of the hood

Chris' Surf Battle Boat... Never done!

it over lapped what I had already filled a couple weeks ago, but didn't complete recover that previous work. Plenty strong enough, there was no need to wrap it all the way over.
