with WDK bracket I don't think you could notch the hull enough and still make it look nice... better to just install the pole on the bracket, then install both together onto the hull.
still won't come out. must be lower the XMW...
I like the WDK bracket, but they are not anodized, and corrode very fast. I got mine last summer and it already looks like poop.
I've gotten fiber reeds in a 62T case/61x cylinder engine before. Pretty sure then engine had never been dismantled before that point. But I cannot be 100% sure.
i've seen complete top end rebuild kits for like $200-$250.
You say that the cylinder only needs a hone, then why are you going up one size on the pistons?
So what exactly are you going to do with the engine? Use the same pistons? Have you checked out the crank yet? Figure out what went through the engine yet?
i don't think that is very feasible. I still need to be able to dig my finger in there to release the ratchet.
And the ratchet will never be in the up position while riding,
Thanks.
A long time ago I had purchased some US composites Thin Epoxy Resin, with medium (3:1) hardener. Wish I would have had Fast hardener, but needed to use this stuff up.
On top of the carbon I used FiberGlass Hawaii brand Aluzine Clear Coat Epoxy resin.
