ya, even on a stock 701 that prop is useless. I tried it on both a stock 650 and stock 701... I then threw in a stock blaster prop, and the stock 701 now feels pretty dang good.
I did one layer of 1708, and one layer of carbon. don't know how it will hold up, but even your one layer is way better than stock form. You got some sanding to do if you want it thicker.

When asked earlier if the keepers touch the bed plates, I only know that they are not touching between the keeper and the front of the plate, but underneath I cannot say.
Rode the ski with the vibration today. New tubbies felt great. Vibration/tinging was defiantly audible with the hood on while riding.
Just wondering but has anybody experienced breaking that single baffle on the inside of the chamber? Maybe it broke a little loose while dent the chamber...
