It has to be something your doing to get that result. Was the surface areas sanded and cleaned witha cleaning agent to get rid of oil and such?
both sides...two layers each...let get almost dry and stick....then beat with rubber mallet...any part you miss?
Not riled up. I just think its stupid when people get this "Brand fetish" and wont leave something for a much better option. The motor in a SXR I agree could do what needed to be done for Fx, but the hull is made for racing. Theres a reason pros use SJs/Octanes....
He wants to go hull...
Fruck all this "Stay green" pride bull********. Get the ski that suit the needs. Flat water freestyle. So you bought a kawi...sell it...people get this KAwi pride ******** and would rather spend $$ out the ass trying to make it like a SJ...screw it
Exactly....Learn to ride the thing decent before going ape shiz.
From your other post....your tuning is off, your compression is low, so your not even getting the full hit yet.
You have WAY more crap on yours then I others have that are BRing on flat water all day long. So ask...
I dunno but 155 doesnt seem to be the right PSI for a ski with a head. Even with the lowest domes possible I'm running 178 each. Unless the cyclinder is ported and the domes werent changed....my guess.....
Gil,
Please dont take this the wrong way as I consider you a friend and will tell you like i feal just as I would have you tell me.
Either buy an SJ and get what your really looking for or level up some skills before sinking so much $ into a leight weight ski. All the power and pretty...
Cool Dan. But to help others.
There is an option to clue/fiberglass this hold in correct? I'm sure a few riders may be turned off by moving their electrical box.
Just a quick thought for you to throw in there so everyone doesnt think bolting is the only option.
Looks cool....to bad surf...
It doesnt exactly look horrible man.... get out a flat file and just smooth it up. I had a prop do that and to be honest I couldnt tell much diffrence.
Are you sure its not your pitch? are you running the right pitch for your engine setup?
I always use a thin strip of red down the bolt for intake and plate...I'd rather have a little bit harder time breaking the bolt loose then losing it for good.
