Might want to search this site or the other site and also look under topics such as "sport port" The reason you aren't getting any responses is because it's already been covered multiple times.

The nipple is the infamous dangling nipple on the end of a hose that most of us with aftermarket heads have flopping around the rear of the engine compartment. The hose goes into the housing itself on the starboard side of the ski and the hose is about 15" long. Some or all of it may have been...
Yeah, It'll still be worth ~14k after it gets a quick rebuild of the engine and electrics. Don't give up. Think of it as a second hobby. It's like searching for the titanic only much much smaller.
:27: :27: Be quite guys. Keep talking and there will actually be a demand for squares. I like the affordability factor. I've got a decent surf ski and a backup for less than a decent roundie.
Isn't Doogiesux part of camp courtney? If so, he's on the calendar to show up at the Jersey Rager. Maybe some of you guys that are owed money can collect if he shows up. If I've got the wrong person, sorry and ignore this post.

I'll definetely be riding Sunday. The Mrs probably won't be able to make it. I will probably try to make it out Saturday night for the festivities. I may need to claim a piece of your floor if there's any space available.

I'm sorry but that doesn't make any sense. Please start by checking the plugs and either posting pic or telling us what they look like. Any white liquid present? It's an 04 right? The only grease fitting is for the midshaft bearing and that shouldn't be seizing up yet on such a new ski...
When I empty my tank I used a siphon like you can buy at lowes or home depot for transferring kerosene. Take the cap off the top of the tank where all your hoses run. It just takes a couple minutes.

Couple questions for you:
Did you buy/build the motor or did he put it in there?
Can you tell us what the whole package set you back?
Does it float?
Very nice ski. Not that I really "need" anything like that, but it would be cool. I bet that thing will just do the tricks for you and let...
If it's stock you probably got some water in the engine. You need to try to get it running and go hit some freshwater ASAP. Will it run on the trailer? Water in the gas is also a possibility. Change the plugs and try to get it running. If the plugs have white liquid on them, you definetely...
Wise choice grasshopper. :clown: I'm guessing you went out of honeycomb marina? I sure do miss freshwater without worrying about things that will eat you. But I won't miss the cold water you get in a couple months.

I was sitting in the thinking room today reading a local "for sale" paper and the inside back cover had a full page ad for Brand New 05 3D's for $3,899. I guess they can't give those things away. Looks like the used market is worth nothing if new ones are going that cheap.

Not that I heard......although he could have been making those underwater bubbly grunting noises.....I don't know:cool2: I guess I'll still ride in the river, but no more sitting in the water at dusk after seeing 5 gators in 5 minutes. Kinda makes me miss North Alabama:frown: I think I'll...
Yesterday evening I took a ride in the St. John's river with Skidaddy. We rode from about 7 until 8pm. At about 7:30, we were resting out in the river and talking for a second when about 10 feet away a large boil came up exactly like I've seen many times before when a gator goes...
