+1 on Zforce porting, the FX1 I just finished had a B-pipe, total loss an ADA head 44 Blackjacks and Z force porting, it ripped off the bottom and never stopped pulling, damn thing sounded like a stroker idling.

You are observing spark outside of the cylinder and not under compression, the question is is it sparking while under compression, you need to get an inline spark tester to check this.

Let me clarify one point before I respond to this, are you bragging or complaining , hard to tell really ?

A lot of times the MSD's will not fire or have weak spark if the stator is not up to par, it may fire just fine with a stock CDI, the MSD's are a little more picky about incoming AC voltage from the source coil on the stator.
