White wire goes nowhere, the 93-94 XP motors had five wire dual coil stators, much better spark, much stronger output, in 94 they used leftover looms from the five wire stator on the 94 GTX models and used the cheaper single coil stators and just cut the white wire, you can stop looking now, it...

The issue is it was crappily put together and the hulls leak at the bond line, splitting mine took less than twenty minutes, (refer to first post on this thread) this is not like splitting a Kawi or Yami hull put together with the green glue from hell, this is more like liquid nails, no cutting...

Yes the 440 pump works great with a high RPM motor such as the PJS engine, axial flow pumps are made for high RPM engines, just don't expect the pump to work with a larger engine that turns lower rpms.

Not sure what you are doing exactly, on mine I built a new pump tunnel and spliced in a 650 pump so there is no need for bulkhead bracing, if you are using the 440 style pump you won't be going anywhere fast and you will need tons of bulkhead bracing as the impeller is constamtly loading the...

Not really the only thing ignition related in the MPEM is the rev limiter which is tied to the stop circuit, you can disconnect the wire from the MPEM to the coil on the 94-95 models and bypass the rev limiter for testing, you will have no stop circuit, that particular MPEM is fried more than...

No DESS on 94 models Only models with the Multifunction gauge drain batteries Yes then you could build engines instead of chasing down electrical gremlins.

All the fuel lines need to be replaced, use regular 1/4 automotive fuel line for this, it takes 15-18 ft depending on the boat. Everything must be taken apart and cleaned including the fuel filter and fuel selector valve, be especially concerned with any place a hose connects to something as the...

Biggest problem with the newer Polaris engines was the crappy PVL ignition systems, ditch the PVL crap, run total loss and most of the electrical problems dissappeared.

Other any know problems with the gp1200r engines?

Not really zip ties are part of the problem, they need to have o-clips installed, be rerouted and have the plastic accordian covering cut back, powervalves also need to have retainers replaced to prevent them from dropping in the cylinders.
