I just water tested my SXI for the first time and the pump will not hook up at all. it just cavitates like crazy. I'm supposed to be taking it to FL in a week, and I cant do it as it is. anyone know what would cause this? the pump shoe, grate, impeller, etc. all look fine.

CTi2 are very good. I'm currently on my second set of Asterisks. My knees were already hammed when I broke the top if my right tibia plateau a year and a half ago.

I agree with demon... I dont think it could work with a pole. I think you'd be chasing the ski in mid air trying to get the pole into the right position to remount.
