Either the check valves on the back of the jet covers are damaged or you have an air leak somewhere or if you changed popoff springs when you rebuilt the carbs put the old ones back in.

There is a slight mismatch between 760 and 701 ports, but most guys put timeserts in the 10mm bolt holes making them 8mm threads and bolt up a 701 manifold, of course you can get 760-701 62T specific exhaust manifolds from FPP as well. So long story made short 62T AND 64X cylinders 10mm exhaust...

The stock wires on Kawi coils are crap, stock wire on stock Yami coils are crap too but better than the stock Kawi ones, there are some places it just doesn't pay to cheap out.
