Kawasaki announces SXX-160... what do we think!?

Fixed steer is popular in japan, so it's likely to appease that market. It's built in the US, so might as well sell a couple here too.

    Ski racing in Boston Harbor?

It's all on youtube. Huntington Beach, Havasu races, World Finals, Poland, France, Thailand, and Italy are some of the best to watch due to rougher water and good participation. There's a million reasons why jet ski racing isn't bigger than it is. Money, accessibility, visibility, most...

    Unlimited Fixed hood

This build is super cool. Way outside the box. When you say drift, I'm thinking similar to a super chicken, but with a low low center of gravity. Wide with a relatively flat bottom.

    RN pole

I have a blue pole originally from a 2000 sj located in phx. I think it's listed for 200 on Facebook.

Have you looked into a racebox mini? You can export csv. Then try to match up data to time stamps on maptuner data logger csv data?

4–stroke SJ ECU and electronics mount plate alternatives

Exhaust kit isn't necessary. Your gains are coming from the Riva tune and an impeller pitched to hit the target rpm for that tune. The 8600 tune refers to the rpm limit and has a target of 8400. The 9000 tune has a target of 8600-8800. Check the Riva site for exact data. My opinion, the air...

    4 Stroke Superjet - Reviews?

It'll nose stab and jump decent. A Japanese guy is barrel rolling off his setup wake. Just be realistic with your expectations. It's still a 400+ lb ski.

    4 Stroke Superjet - Reviews?

It'll hang in the corners with 08-20, but has a very different feel. I've seen kids win motos against 1500s. It might be more of an exception, but the ski is capable if you have some talent.

    4 Stroke Superjet - Reviews?

I picked mine up new at the end of 2021 with the intent of bucket listing World Finals. I'm at 130ish hrs. They handle awful out of the box, and i knew that before i purchased it. OVP or other quick steer with the correct steering cable and bracket, Intake grate, prop, and tune are bare...

Super Jet Skat Trac Setback Pump

I'm in a similar boat. I have a 140 skat with fx1 length shaft, and i need to put it in 08+ SJ. Jetmaniac did the original work on the driveshaft years ago. Check with them. I think it was a cut and reweld to end up at the right length.

For: 4-stroke superjet - benefits to intake and exhaust upgrades without upgraded ecu map?

The ECU flash and the impeller are where you'll see your gains, and should be your first engine related purchases. The intake and exhaust hardware aren't necessary. Your Kommander grate is about 1mph faster on top end than the more aggressive grates.

Tera Pump TRFA01-XL Fuel Transfer Pump

A buddy uses one. It's pretty nice, especially right after a moto and you don't want to lift the jug.

    DISCONTINUING THE SUPERJET????

Mostly true. Sometimes the SJ4 ends up in the same class or moto with 1500s. Talented kids can hold thier own and even win motos against 1500s.

Have you or have you thought about making your own Hull?

Don't get discouraged by the negative nancies, but realistically it's hundreds of hours working with hazardous materials to create something that may or may not function how you want it to. It's a hobby. Start small and If you enjoy it, keep at it.
