Well I'm still fighting these issues. I think I have somewhat narrowed it down to water getting in the cylinder somehow. I tested it a couple times with water running through the cooling and then pulled the head after word and there was pretty significant milky water on top of both pistons and...

I tried to search this out with no luck but what are companies like Rickter using for the smooth turf on the sides and front of the tray, is it just under padding glued down?

Could the cdi or some other electrical cause this issue?
