    Other DASA 850PV cooling

I could see that happening with the crappy fuel we get to use as ethanol fuel is corrosive, I don't think they'll cause an issue with water. I've been running this setup for a solid year now with no issues

    Other DASA 850PV cooling

That was an option, I made some fittings that slide right into the pisser outlets to flush the engine out. I just wanted more water pressure on the flow control valve so it opens and closes better. I got the manifold and fittings from mcmaster. I also used some quick connect fittings for ease...

    Other DASA 850PV cooling

I set my superfreak up this way and will do all future ski builds the same. 2- 1/2 od lines from the pump to a 2 -1/2 inlet- 4 3/8 outlet manifold. 2 3/8 lines fees the engine exhaust manifold and out to 2 pissers, 1-3/8 line feeds headpipe and out to a pisser. The 4th 3/8 line feeds the flow...

    Adjustble footholds superfreak

I used 2 layers of 1/2 inch undermat around the footholds, then blended it smooth. Also did the same on top of the holds to make the actual turf lay down easier. The kicker is 4 layers of 1inch. These pics should help.

    Adjustble footholds superfreak

I considered putting the rrp adjustable footholds in my freak while i was building it and doing some glass work already. I had put a set in my superjet I had prior and swore by them. The main reason is because I wasn't looking forward to turfing around them. But the freak holds are soo big and...

Making a tubbie (start to finish )

I've used the white gorilla to glue crashed rc foam airplanes back together. Stuff works great in small gap filling.

    750sx Freestyle Build 1100cc

It really depends on how hard i run the engine. It doesn't get hot enough to sizzle but it's pretty warm maybe 100ish degrees after a wot run. I'm running a wet pipe and for freestyle freeride it's definitely better to run a wet pipe. You'll get better bottom end and throttle response...

    750sx Freestyle Build 1100cc

Quick diagram. I got the manifold from mcmaster. I have my manifold mounted in the bottom corner behind the headpipe. The 4 green lines are coming from the manifold. 2 feed the exhaust manifold to cool the engine, 1 feeds the bottom of the headpipe, the last line goes directly to the stinger...

Making a tubbie (start to finish )

They look similar to the "surfjet louies" tubbies from back years ago. I would've just gotten a set of those but wasn't able to find any at the time so I just made my own

Making a tubbie (start to finish )

I made a set of tubbies for my 550 years ago. I didn't make a mold or anything though. I shaped them out of 2 inch closed cell foam from home depot or lowes and just glassed them on with 6 layers of a 8oz cloth. It was soooo much work haha. They worked well and dramatically changed the handling...

Kinda hard to see the routing on my ski but I'll draw a diagram for you

    750sx Freestyle Build 1100cc

I typically separate the exhaust and engine cooling on every ski I put together. My current ski has 2- 1/2 lines from the pump that go into a manifold with 4 3/8 outlets. 2 outlets feed the engine to 2 separate pissers, 1 feeds the headpipe to another pisser, the 4th line feeds the stinger with...

Did the blaster hull ever change?

Just don't fall off in deep water you might be ok..

    Water entering front cylinder...

You can pull the flywheel in the hull and do the work in the hull but it's easier to access the stator out of the hull.

    Water entering front cylinder...

Pressure test the engine to find the source of your leak is about all you can do.

    750sx Freestyle Build 1100cc

1100s are cheap Power but not good for freestyle. They're known to destroy crankshafts from water ingestion which is inevitable with freestyle riding. And they're heavier. You're better off with a properly built and setup twin cylinder engine for freestyle.

    Custom/Hybrid help

I like 3 layers of 8oz 2+2 twill because it lays down around any curves easily and is very strong plus the design of the weave looks awesome.

SXR Building the best SX-R race engine! Why not DASA?

@Deyanov your cylinder head is on backwards, the water outlets should be on the carb side of the engine, not the exhaust side.

    300sx part deux

Will be very sketchy for sure. I know a guy that has a 300sx he basically glassed a sj bottom to his. With a rrp style pole. It has a 735 with a fpp pipe and a 144 pump. It's sooo sketchy to ride. But it did flip in the surf.

    Jet surf ski

I know a guy that has 2 jetsurfs. He races them and even gets paid or used to by jetsurf to give lessons to people. I've never tried it or really see anyone close to my size be able to ride one. They look fun but I'll still rather have my freak over the jetsurf handle pole or not. They're quick...
