Hey guys when i'm installing my Coffman pipe on my 650sx, there is a water/exhaust line that goes through the bulkhead and out the bottom of the ski. I have no place to attach that to on my new pipe, do i just leave it in there attached to nothing and not worry about it?

its a metal gasket on there right now and I checked both cylinders about 3 times and in different order with same readings everytime. I'm really lost from here though what should I do with this head issue and what risks do I have with running it as it is?
