My name is Wesley Krautkramer by the way and I am a Junior at Edison

Dave I ride almost every Saturday and often a few times during the week, when ever the waves are good. Come ride with us (The O'side crew) we ride Saturday mornings and meet on the Oceanside harbor launch ramp at 7am. Just show up, introduce yourself and we'll show you all the ropes. We'll be riding this Saturday (May 22nd)

Yes I live in Oceanside. Surf Riding within the City limits of Oceanside is illegal which would get you a fat ticket in a hurry however, Oceanside is bordered by the Camp Pendelton Marine Base to the North which has approx 16 miles of beach where we can ride. To ride the Base simply launch at the Oceanside Harbor Launch ramp and ride north in the open Ocean until your at least 2 miles into the base and then head into shore to ride waves, or show up any Saturday around 7am (If you show up later its nearly impossible to get a parking spot) and theres always a group of guys riding who can show you the ropes.
