OSS guys around me have minimum charges. If you want to plate a single finishing nail, no problem. Its whatever the minimum charge is.
No one around me does bright dip though.
I just had to make some needles last week to back probe a connector on a machine at work. I was thinking then that I ought to find an easier way. Since I always loose the one I make shortly after using them.

when I went to pay for mine, the sales guy had a stack of orders on his desk. Not huge, maybe 3-4 inches tall. He said these are all the people I have to call and give the bad news that their boats not coming.
