With those winds we should have had killer waves!! I did a few checks and it looks like the winds on the other side of the lake were all screwed up. It was only NE by us...everywhere else on the lake it was all over. I would only call those 2 footers.

I have been considering going. I know that I have a LOT of work waiting for me at the shop when I get home. I am not sure what ski I would bring prolly just my XP.
Who else from the Cleveland Crew is going? Any chance of carpooling its long haul for me by myself. What are the accomadations? I have not researched it at all. PM me and / or call my cell (cell won't work till about 1 pm EST when I get to the dock)

I love my XP it was my first ski and what I learned to wrench on... I am finally ready to get really nutty with the mods and make it a mean wave jumping machine! Parts on Order
Unfortunately the RXP is a joint venture between me and my partner... Him and his old Lady love it... and for now I am hooked at 215 hp and 70 mph on the water... That may change, but for now I got payments on it...
I have been thinking about a blaster but I don't think that it would be too much different than my XP or an HX. I am a seadoo man through and through...
The only reason I mentioned the X2 is because it looked like it might be easier than a regular stand-up. That was just my thought since I am a big and tall guy. Plus I found a cheap one down here where I work.
I can't wait to ride the SXR... it may change my whole way of thinking.

Well I didn't figure the Honda could pull more than that... I figured on either going ski-less or putting your SXR on my double trailer next to the XP or in the bed on a rack that I have for putting skis in the bed... That being said I would have room for MadMat's SJ too... and plenty-o-beer... I mean gear!
That's a long way to drive by myself after the long-drive home. Especially never having been there before and a shortened time table.
Still lots of questions to be answered I'm gonna hop on over to that thread and check it out.

it started getting sweet right around sunset....was alotta fun regardless...somthing in my front cover is making a horrible noise on startup time to tear down again damn i wanted to hit marblehead this weekend....
