nice vid and great riding guys gump and i are heading outfor some storm swells wed or friday.

trying out my new helmet rig ( cam ) plan on switching it out between us for some different perspectives.

if my balls come out to play i will be trying some backy attempts in the deep water of the pass

I was still hoping to just catch some barrel roll footage of you somewhere man! Don't freak us out by throwing a backy before a roll! It just doesn't exist without footage!
BTW, what kind of helmet cam did you pick up? I tried one of those ATC2K camera's or whatever the hell they are called, waste of a $125 if you ask me.. It works, but thats it.

I'm going to bust mad ass to get done in time.. I'll be there unless some BS arises. I can't wait! I wanna go B I G DAMN IT!!

what kind of ski do yo have monkey

I got a sj and an sxr I can't decide which to ride when i get home!

Our goal is to get him to sell the couch and buy a SJ or SXR. :smokin:

[evil]D@mn...I've been ratted out![/evil]

Seriously though I have been and am (for now) a Seadoo Couch rider... but it only took one weekend with you guys from the X and about 10 mins of attempting to ride Madmat's SJ and I am hooked.
Jet-Monkey's Ski Barn:
2006 Seadoo RXP 215 hp Stock
2002 Seadoo RX PPG Stage 1 and R&D Mods
1996 Seadoo XP... Lots of Mods coming... as close as I got to a stand-up for now... does it count that I don't ever sit down when I ride it?... I would take the seat off but the inside would get wet!
At the shop:
8 more Seadoos and Yamahas For sale to finance the SXR i want!

I am actually looking a modded X2 right now that is down here where I work. Any idea what one is worth? Its like a 89 650 i guess I don't know much about them but they look like it might be easier for my big and tall @$$ to learn to ride.

that xp is a killer wave boat

you can do nearly all we do on that
180 nose stabs and the works

actually my wife was the one of the first in cleveland years ago to be pulling 180 nose stabs on our xp
she was a killer rider

great ski though

im an oaf and can deal with kawi 750's or superjets
im sure you will be fine on a regular standup
unless you are looking to get into an x2

kawiboy was behind me throwin a roll or 2 at the x2travaganza on the fri. nut no worries the vid may contain both

i'm using my olympus sp790 i can collect 30 min of video at a time w/ sound. it is actually a $300.00 8.o mp digital camera w/ video and sound. the vids from orange beach were shot w/ it. i fabbed and attached a bracket to the nose of my bell full face that uses the tripod mount oon the camera to attach. i picked up a hockey helmet to wear when not taping.

if people witness it and corroberate it is as good as video!!!!

the sxr is deffinately easy to ride but i will never get rid of the x2

Don't get me wrong, X2's Rock! :bananapowerslide:FireMonkey is a big dude though, I think he should start on something a little less squirrely. X2 would be a good 2nd ski after you sell the XP!
