Pole spring help

OK so I have the big bolt all the way out thru the spring. The pole is being held up straight, how to I get the actual spring out? It's an fx-1 by the way

just use a long screw driver to touch the end of the bolt and whack it out with a hammer.

edit: i just re read your original post. I thought you needed help getting out the bolt. Just yank on the pole to give it more room in there, then the spring on should pop out.

once i took the bolt all the way off the ski the spring came out pretty easy.. now I gotta figure out how to restle this blowsion one in

lift upwards then manipulate it around. You may have to pry up on it some.

its weird the on the blowsion spring the 2 ends come off pointing basically the same way, on the stock spring they go off different ways. I can get the spring ends in the holes they need to be in but that puts the actual hole thru the spring way off center! Don't understand!
